Due to battery size and hazardous material regulations, we are only able to ship via UPS GROUND. Air shipping is not available. We will ensure to ship to your location with enough time to arrive before your event date, and provide a return shipping label for you to return the rental. We will not charge for the time in transit.

If you are in the greater Los Angeles area, we may be able to deliver to/pickup from you.

D34 Rentals requires payment be made in full prior to shipment. Equipment is not guaranteed until payment is received. An invoice will be sent upon order approval. If your event is more than 30 days out, we may take a deposit to be discussed. Established clients may be approved for net terms.

D34 Rentals requires all renters to send a certficate of insurance (COI) showing general liability and rented equipment (inland marine) coverage. Details are in the terms & conditions included with your quote. If a COI is not available, D34 Rentals may put a pre-authorization hold on your credit card up to the replacement value of the equipment +10% for the duration of the rental.
